Product help

Start useful work without learning the control plane first.

Vertixia keeps the default journey outcome-led. Advanced controls remain available when you need to inspect or configure them.

Recover account access

  1. Verification link missing or expired? On Sign in, enter the same account email and choose Resend verification email. Check your inbox and spam folder; do not register another account to replace an unconfirmed one.
  2. Password not accepted? Use Reset your password. The reset request gives the same response whether or not an eligible account exists, so the message alone does not confirm delivery.
  3. Still unable to sign in? Contact Vertixia with the time and a non-secret error description. Never send a password, verification or reset link, token, or cookie.

Once signed in, use Help & Support to track a scoped issue report.

Your first governed result

  1. 1. Choose a workspace. Stay Personal, create a Business workspace, or accept an invitation.
  2. 2. Name the project. This becomes the durable boundary for the result.
  3. 3. Choose an outcome. You do not need to select agents, models, queues, or kernels.
  4. 4. Use sample data first. It requires no credentials, provider calls, or external writes.
  5. 5. Review and run. Confirm the exact permission and maximum-cost boundary before execution.
  6. 6. Inspect the evidence. Keep the run ID and digests with the result, then choose a useful next action.
Open getting started

Find and review an approval

Open Approvals in the workspace where the action was requested. Confirm the exact action, destination, and scope before deciding. If a request is missing, check your selected workspace and project; do not approve a different request as a substitute.

Open Approvals

Check usage, limits, and billing

Open Usage for current allowance and limits, then Billing for the selected workspace’s plan and payment state. If an upgrade or checkout result is uncertain, read the current billing state before attempting another payment.

Safe recovery

If setup is interrupted

Return to the Console. Vertixia resumes from the last committed workspace, project, allowance, or authority checkpoint.

If Business workspace creation is unconfirmed

Sign in with the same account and return to Getting Started. Use Retry original workspace request if the tab still has your request details, or Recover original workspace request after reopening the browser. Both check the original request key; do not start another workspace while its result is unknown.

If recovery says the request is not found, wait and retry or report the activation issue. Do not include passwords, keys, or private data in the report.

If a sample run fails

Use Retry. The same durable run ID is reused, and no external action is repeated.

If connector setup is unfinished

Return to Getting Started and switch to sample data. No source is read before connector authorization.

If platform status is unavailable

Retry the status check from the safe error screen. No project work starts while the status boundary is unavailable.
