Vertixia is built for governed operations. This policy summarizes the categories of data we process and the controls we use to protect customer workspaces.
Data We Process
Vertixia processes account details, workspace configuration, operational records, workflow events, audit logs, and support communications needed to provide the platform.
How We Use Data
We use platform data to operate the service, secure tenant boundaries, provide support, improve reliability, enforce usage limits, and maintain required audit trails.
Analytics and Cookies
With your opt-in consent, we use PostHog for aggregated product analytics and Google Analytics for website measurement. Analytics is disabled until consent is granted. We do not intentionally send workflow content, prompts, secrets, names, email addresses, or raw tenant and project identifiers to these services.
Billing and Payment Data
Payment details are collected and stored by our secure payment provider rather than Vertixia. We process billing contacts, provider customer and subscription identifiers, signed payment-status events, invoice totals and links, plan terms, and change receipts to operate subscriptions, tax, fraud controls, support, and accounting.
Security Controls
The platform is designed around tenant scoping, role-based access, approval gates, encrypted transport, audit logging, and infrastructure controls appropriate for business operations.
Customer Content
Customer content remains controlled by the customer workspace. Access is limited to authorized users, configured integrations, and approved operational workflows.
